Proposal: A request for a conditional Use permit to operate a home occupation to host events out of their 30'X40' (1,200 square foot) farm stand building in the EFU zone. The four owners will operate the business; with hours and days of operation to be in November - no events. December, January, February, March and April one event per month, up to 48 people/guests per event, with
hours from 9am- 1Opm. May have one event with up to 150 people/guests per event from 8am to 1Opm. The months of June, July, August and September will have two events each month with up to 150 people/guests per event with hours from 8am to 10pm. Only one event will operate at a time. The facility will also have site circulation, use of a party tent, and parking for up to 150 guests
and 5 employees. The site takes access off SW Johnson Rd.
